A: All customers outside the UK should expect to have to pay local VAT and Duty charges on all shipments. This applies to all shipping options we offer. Pre Brexit, EU customers would have had a UK VAT charge included in the purchase price. We have now removed UK VAT from the purchase price.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping related charges. Real World Store cannot reimburse customers for any of these fees.

A: Order Receipt. At this stage we have received your pre-order and charged your credit/debit. You should receive an email order receipt. At this stage we have NOT shipped your order.

Stage 2 “Your order has been dispatched”. You will receive another email from us stating that your order is complete. Your order has now been shipped.

A: We aim to ship all pre-orders at the start of the week, so before the Friday release date. The aim is to have all pre-orders delivered on release date, or as close to as possible with international orders.  Orders are shipped from the UK. Please see below for estimated transit times for ‘standard post’:

UK & IE: 1-5 Days
Within EU: 3-8 Days
Outside EU: 6-14 Days
